1. Realtor Rebate or Home Buyer Rebate- This is where a real estate agent gives part of his commission back to the buyer.
2. Federal Tax Credit- This is not technically a rebate but it is sometimes referred to as one.
3. State Tax Credit- Also not technically a rebate just like the federal credit above.
